From May the 6th to the 8th, 2011 the Project Management Institute (PMI®) held its PMI Leadership Institute Meeting at the Convention Center Dublin (CCD) in Dublin, Ireland. During this meeting 172 PMI Chapter leaders from all over the world gathered together before the beginning of the Global EMEA Congress 2011. Having attended ten+ Leadership Institute meetings, I would like to report on this one also.

This PMI Leadership Institute Meeting gave the opportunity for old PMI leaders to meet each other and meet also newcomers from PMI Chapters and Virtual Communities all over the world and to exchange experiences and lessons learned.
